Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 06 Nov 2026

These Terms govern your use of cyart.in and of the products and services provided by CyArt Tech ("CyArt", "we", "us"). By using our website or services you agree to these Terms.

01Services

CyArt provides cybersecurity software and services, including security assessments, vulnerability management, monitoring tools and consulting. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a quotation, proposal or order confirmed by both parties.

02Authorised testing only

Security testing is carried out only on systems that the client owns or is authorised to test, and only after written authorisation. The client is responsible for obtaining any third-party permissions required.

03Payments

  • Fees are as stated in the quotation or invoice and are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless agreed otherwise.
  • Applicable taxes are charged in addition to the fees.
  • Online payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

04Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep any account credentials confidential, and not use our services for any unlawful purpose or against systems you are not authorised to access.

05Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential any non-public information received from the other, including findings and reports, and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

06Intellectual property

All rights in CyArt's software, platforms, documentation and branding remain with CyArt. Reports delivered to a client may be used by that client for its internal purposes.

07Limitation of liability

Security assessments reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a system is free of all vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyArt's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and CyArt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

08Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing if the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not remedy the breach within 15 days of notice.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
