Refund & Cancellation

This policy applies to payments made to CyArt Tech for our software subscriptions and professional services.

01Cancellation

• You may cancel a service order by emailing inquiry@cyart.in with your order or invoice number.
• Orders cancelled before work has started are eligible for a full refund.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.

02Refunds

• If work has already started, any refund is proportionate to the work not yet delivered.
• Fees for services already delivered (for example, a completed assessment or report) are non-refundable.
• If you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, the extra amount will be refunded in full.

03Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

04Delivery

CyArt's products and services are delivered digitally (online access, email or secure file transfer). No physical goods are shipped.
